Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison with Advertising Partners during onboarding process, continually fostering strong relationships

• Manage all document collection of new Advertising Partners

• Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding documents

• Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure timely delivery of each step of the onboarding process

• Facilitate and lead entire onboarding process for new Advertising Partners

Position Requirements:

• Experience with account/customer coordination

• Extremely organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with a large workflow

• Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills

• Genuinely care about people and helping others achieve their goals

• Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with Google applications (Google Drive, email, excel, etc.)  are required

• Possess strong customer service skills

• Advanced knowledge of cannabis or previous experience in the cannabis industry required
